DIRECTIONS
From Rt 46 coming east, turn right onto Ankum road (Rt 665) and go approximatly 3 miles. PHCC will be on the right side of the road.
On RT 46 going west, turn left onto Rt 626 and go approximately 5 miles and turn right onto Ankum road (Rt 665) continue about 1/4 of a mile and PHCC will be on the left.
